What is Mind Body Breathe Therapy?
Mind Body Breathe Therapy is a powerful process of healing and transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of
outdated emotional patterns and negative thought habits.
Breathwork is a general term used to describe any type of therapy that utilizes breathing exercises to improve mental, physical, and spiritual health. Many forms of breathwork therapy exist today.
Mind Body Breathe Therapy came to life through an assortment of modalities that Randi has studied and practiced extensively over many years. This integrative process helps to activate the subconscious mind and bring awareness and insights not easily accessed through traditional therapy.
The breath opens the energy channels in the body and allows what we have been holding onto to surface and be released. This may be suppressed emotional material, physical blocks in the body, old beliefs structures, old memories, fight/flight/freeze patterns, and addictions.
Mind Body Breathe Therapy combines counseling and insight as well as a somatic experiential process where clients gain a deep level of insight, release emotional baggage, and actually feel the patterns shifting and transforming at a deep cellular level.
Randi's wide range of expertise in psychology and healing arts enables her to create a custom therapeutic experience for each individual.
What to expect in a
Mind Body Breathe session
The goal of our breathwork session is to positively alter the body, mind, heart, or spirit and produce therapeutic inner transformation.
The first session includes a thorough interview where you explore and discuss current life situations as well as what you know about your birth, childhood, and family patterns, and how they may be affecting your life. Then, together, we will set an intention for
your session.
After sharing you will be guided in a one hour breathing practice and receive one on one support to unravel deeper layers of held trauma, stress, grief, belief systems, suppressed emotions and open to a greater sense of well-being. The Mind Breathe Therapy process helps to dissolve the past tensions that you have stored on a cellular level, thus making it possible to experience more aliveness and peace.
Before the close of your session there is time to share your experience and ask any questions so you may
understand the process on a deeper level.
As an experienced practitioner, Randi will offer relevant suggestions and assignments to work with until your next session. These are designed to support you in integrating this new way of being into your daily life.
Why is a Mind Body Breathe Therapy Practitioner important?
A Mind Body Breathe Therapy Practitioner is a professionally trained facilitator who guides your breath in a way that enables the transformational process to occur. The Practitioner also guides and supports you through the variety of feelings, thoughts, and body sensations you may experience during a session.
Randi is highly skilled at helping you identify and trace complex issues in your life to their origins in your unconscious belief systems, emotions, and nervous system. She will help you release the stagnant energy, while ensuring you feel safe, seen and supported. This will allow you to live a more peaceful and productive life.
How do I begin?
The first level of this work calls for a series of private sessions. We recommend a minimum of a series of 10 sessions to begin with. The frequency of the sessions is usually once a week or every other week. Sometimes sessions are spaced further apart if needed. The purpose of committing to a series of sessions is to build a relationship of trust and to maintain that relationship long enough to realize and integrate the cumulative results.
In most people’s experience, a relatively short-term commitment to this process brings long-term and life transforming results.

History of
Mind Body Breathe Therapy
Breath as a portal to higher consciousness has been used for thousands of years. In the East many different yogic techniques like Pranayama emphasized the importance of conscious breathing. The Buddha taught mindfulness of the breath as a practice to awaken from the illusion of separation.
Mind Body Breathe Therapy evolved out of Rebirthing, founded by Leonard Orr and Sondra Ray in the 1970’s and taught worldwide by both. Many of the basic approaches that Randi utilizes, grew out of this work. She honors the powerful pioneering that both Leonard Orr and Sondra Ray did to bring Rebirthing to the world and the global breathwork community. Randi has had the honor of having Sondra as her mentor for over 30 years. She continues to collaborate with Sondra in many ways including creating international workshops, intensive retreats, and teacher trainings.

Randi is always evolving by attending workshops, conferences, and collaborating directly with other health and medical professionals. She integrates ancient and current teachings of both East and West.
